At Southview Park Hotel, we can help you organise your events and functions. Whether you are looking for a quiet space to hold a meeting or are planning a corporate function or wedding, we have everything that you need to help the event run smoothly, efficiently and successfully. Our dedicated team are on hand to help take the stress out of organising an event and will happily organise all aspects of planning that you may need.
We have three function rooms available:
The Trafalgar Suite
Our largest function room accommodates up to 225 guests. The suite boasts a large dance floor with its own private, full-size bar and professional music system. A portable stage can also be installed if requested.
The Hamilton Suite
Situated just off the main foyer, the Hamilton Suite can accommodate up to 70 guests and is licensed for wedding ceremonies. It has its own music system, overhead projector and large pull-down screen.
The Victory Suite
This suite, which accommodates up to 10 guests, is known as our business boardroom. Quietly situated away from the mainstream bustle of the hotel, it offers a perfect setting to conduct professional meetings.
